The entrepreneurial activities of the family-owned business group date back to 1961, when the first projects were completed in the Austrian market. In the 1970s, activities expanded to the United States, followed by a strategic entry into the German market in the early 2000s.

Since 2016, the Muzicant Holding has served as the central platform for the group’s real estate and investment operations. Over the course of more than six decades, the group has been involved in the development, repositioning and acquisition of real estate assets with a total transaction volume in the multi-billion-euro range. During this time, more than 2.5 million square meters of usable space have been realized, encompassing both traditional residential properties and complex commercial structures. The investment philosophy has always been defined by long-term thinking, a commitment to uncompromising quality and a clear focus on creating and preserving value.
